Rental prices and Availability

Blue: Low season: Price per week: Euro 2,500

Green: High season: Price per week: Euro 3,250

Yellow: Peak season: Price per week: Euro 4,850 (min. rental period 7 days)

Black: Booked

End-of-stay cleaning fee: Euro 150

Safety Deposit: Euro 1,000

During July and August, the changeover day is Saturday.

If the rental period is for 3 weeks or more a Sunday changeover possible.

Change over days are flexible at other times of the year.

Long term rental of the fully furnished villa available from the end of August/early September - early July.

Rates include all linen, towels, pool towels, utilities, gardener and pool maintenance. Cleaning lady once a week.

Weekly change of linen and towels per person is included.

Black = booked
